My name is Eric, Co-owner of LaMann Fitness. I am obsessed with sports – primarily basketball and football. In my present role as personal trainer, I enjoy pushing my clients to be their very best by setting an example in my own personal fitness. I practice what I preach and I expect my clients to follow suit. I take pride in educating and motivating my client to reaching and exceeding their fitness goals. I believe the reaching of our fitness goals has a profound effect on all areas of our lives.

Nygel Gladney

Nygel came from playing football at Crosby high school where he played varsity for 3 years. In those 3 years at his high school he became the captain of the team his Jr year, held the most tackles on the team, won 1st place at weight lifting competition, received the Bolden award scholarship, and played in the Connecticut All Star Game his senior year. 

Nygel went to Mount Ida after graduating Crosby high school. He played a D3 level until he transferred to CCSU and played for and played for a D1 school. Nygel Gladney stoped playing football at CCSU so he could focus on his degree in Exercise Science. At that time Nygel got his bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and started working at Parisi’s Speed School in Hartford / Norm’s Gym helping Individuals become better. (A Better Me)
